Nathan is widely recognised as one of the finest exponents of the Spanish Classical guitar in the Australian music scene. He performs an eclectic range of music from Spanish and Latin music to classical and modern jazz. In 2004, Nathan took 1st prize in the Australian International Guitar Competition from a field of over thirty national and international performers. He was a prize winner in subsequent competitions in Tokyo and Singapore.
In 2005 Nathan, made his professional concerto debut with the Queensland Symphony orchestra performing Rodrigo’s famous Spanish work ‘Concierto de Aranjuez’. Since then has been featured in several national television and radio appearances as well as featuring in guitar magazines and other publications. Nathan is the most sort after flamenco guitarist in Melbourne.
