HOW TO BOOK

1. WHAT IS MY FIRST ACTION?

  • If you know what you need, call our Entertainment Managers on 1300 858 981 and she will help you right away
  • If you want to submit your interest or request for more information, enter your details into our Enquiry Form, and our Entertainment Manager will get back to you ASAP

2. HOW DO I GET A QUOTE?

  • We need your event details and specific requests and requirements
  • Either phone our Entertainment Manager Taryn on 1300 858 981 OR submit your request via our Enquiry Form, and our Entertainment Manager will get back to you ASAP
  • We offer customised packages tailored to your specific needs

3. HOW DO I SECURE MY BOOKING?

  • You will be provided with an invoice once you wish to proceed with your quoted booking
  • We require a 50% deposit of the total amount of your invoice to hold and secure your booking

4. HOW AND WHEN DO I PAY?

  • You will be provided with an invoice once you wish to proceed with your quoted booking
  • Payment is made via EFT using the details provide on your invoice
  • A 50% deposit is required within 2 weeks of confirming you booking, unless you booking is within 2 weeks and in that case, the full amount is required
  • The remaining balance of your invoice must be paid in full no later than 2 days prior to your event

5. HOW DO I PROVIDE MY SONG REQUESTS AND OTHER EVENT DETAILS?

  • Your Entertainment Manager will send you an Event Form which will prompt you to detail all of your individual requests, and expectations
  • This form will be shared with your DJ to deliver the best service tailored to your specifications

6. WHEN DO I MEET MY PULSE DJ?

  • You have around the clock phone access with your Entertainment Manager once you have confirmed your booking & paid your deposit
  • For all events except weddings you will be introduced to your DJ in the week leading up to your event
  • For Weddings: You will be introduced to your DJ in the months leading up to your event to have a personalised consultation with your DJ well in advance
  • Your DJ and any other staff will contact you the week leading up to your event for a personal introduction
  • You will feel completely at ease in the lead up to your event that what you have requested is exactly what you will receive
